Curator Koyo Kouoh has announced the title and artist list for her forthcoming EVA International. The biennial, which takes place in venues throughout the Irish city of Limerick, and this year coincides with the centenary of the 1916 Easter Rising, considers the post-colonial condition of Ireland under the title Still (the) Barbarians.
