Katarina Šević wins 2015 Leopold Bloom Art Award

Katarina Šević has been announced as the winner of the 2015 Leopold Bloom Art Award. The award, organised by the Leopold Bloom Art Foundation and Pepper Art Projects, aims to support Hungarian artists and contribute to the development of their career internationally. For its third edition, a jury of art professionals – including Dr. Declan Long, Susanne Altmann and ArtReview editor-in-chief Mark Rappolt – selected 6 finalists from a shortlist of 15, whose work will be on show at the New Budapest Gallery from 5 September to 15 November 2015. Šević receives 10,000 euros towards the production of an exhibition abroad.
