Rosenthal has been chief curator of London’s Hayward Gallery since 2007, curating exhibitions including Robin Rhode: Who Saw Who (2008); MOVE: Choreographing You (2010), Pipilotti Rist: Eyeball Massage (2012) and the forthcoming MIRRORCITY: 23 artists from London, opening 14 October. She previously worked as curator for modern and contemporary art at the Haus der Kunst in Munich.
Rosenthal will officially take up her the position at the Bienniale of Sydney in November 2014.
