Latifa Echakhch wins Prix Marcel Duchamp 2013

French-Moroccan artist Latifa Echakhch has won this year’s Prix Marcel Duchamp 2013, the annual award which promotes artists working in France. The other three preselected artists were collective Claire FontaineRaphael Zarka and Farah Atassi. Echakhch will create a solo project to be shown at the Pompidou next year.
