The Arts Council of Wales has selected artist James Richards to represent Wales at the 57th edition of Venice Biennale, Artnet reports. Richards, who works with found footage and sound, was the 2012 winner of the Jarman Award for film and video and a Turner Prize nominee in 2014. His new work, to be displayed at the Venice Biennale, will be curated by Cardiff’s Chapter Arts Centre.
