Polish artist Zuza Golińska has been announced as the first recipient of the ArtePrize, a new award set up by the social sharing platform ArteVue, and which requires applicants to submit their work exclusively through an app. As the winner, Golińska will receive a cash prize of US$15,000 (around £10,500) and a three-month residency at Delfina Foundation. Golinska was one of four shortlisted artists (including Sahil Naik, Kiah Reading and Lukas Zerbst), whose works are on view at Delfina Foundation through 27 January. They were selected by a jury chaired by Aaron Cezar, director of Delfina Foundation, and made up of Nada Raza, curator of the Tate Research Centre; Joe Kennedy, founder of the Unit Gallery, London; artist Rana Begum, and Shohidul Ahad-Choudhury, founder of ArteVue and ArtePrize.
