The winners of the 2017 Herb Alperts Award, a $75,000- cash prize initiated and funded by the Herb Alpert Foundation and administered by California Institute of the Arts, have been announced.
They are: Kerry Tribe for film/video, Luciana Achugar for dance, Eve Beglarian for music, Daniel Fish for theatre, and Amy Franceschini for visual arts.
