Matisse's The Snail to leave London for first time in 50 years

Matisse’s famous late painted paper collage The Snail will be leaving London for the first time in over 50 years when it travels to MoMA New York next October, for the second venue of Tate Modern’s exhibition Henri Matisse: the Cut-Outs.
