Gavin Brown’s Enterprise has announced that the gallery will be moving to Harlem later this year, the New York Times reports, to occupy a former brewery at 461 West 126th Street.

The space will be open to the public by late September, debuting with an exhibition of work by Ed Atkins. As for the Greenwich Street gallery, the final exhibition will feature work by Rirkrit Tiravanija, Jannis Kounnelis, and Sturtevant, and open on June 24.

This announcement follows the opening of a Rome outpost by the gallerist, which was inaugurated with a performance by Rikrit Tiravanija last month.

19 June 2015.
