The winners of the 2015 Swiss Art Awards have been announced at a ceremony during Art Basel Week. Each prizewinner will be exhibited in the award’s group show in parallel to the main fair, and will also receive around £17,000 as a cash prize (or, if they choose instead, a six-month residency in Mexico City).
Part of the Swiss Art Competition which includes the Swiss Grand Awards for Art / Prix Meret Oppenheim, the annual awards support artists, designers and mediators from Swiss origins.
