Tsang Kin-Wah to represent Hong Kong at the Venice Biennale 2015

Tsang Kin-Wah has been selected by M+ to represent Hong Kong at the Venice Biennale 2015, it has been announced. The new chief curator of M+, Doryun Chong, will curate the pavilion. Tsang Kin-Wah’s work typically uses text and language, manipulated using computer technology to create immersive installation works. The artist has had solo shows at the Mori Art Museum, Tokyo, Japan (2011), and Chinese Arts Centre, Manchester, United Kingdom (2008) and studied fine art at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and Book Arts at the Camberwell College of Arts in London. He is now based in Hong Kong.
