The Jarman Award shortlist has been released. Ed Atkins, Beatrice Gibson, Emma Hart, Rachel Maclean, Uriel Orlow, Charlotte Prodger, Hannah Sawtell, Grace Schwindt, John Smith and Jessica Warboys are in the running for its sixth incarnation, which carries a prize fund of £10,000, alongside a commission to produce a short film to be shown on Channel 4. Previous winners include Luke Fowler (2008), Lindsay Seers (2009), Emily Wardill (2010), Anya Kirschner & David Panos (2011), and James Richards (2012).
