Design Museum sells Thames-side home to architect Zaha Hadid

Zaha Hadid has bought the Design Museum’s current premises on London’s South Bank, The Guardian reports. The architect will consolidate her practice offices and archives into one location at the former banana warehouse building. The sale will  boost fundraising for the Design Museum’s planned £80m move to the Commonwealth Institute in west London.
