Organisers of Art Düsseldorf have announced that the fourth edition of the art fair will be further postponed and is now scheduled to take place on 8–10 April 2022. Applications from galleries and exhibitors are invited from 1 September 2021.
In a short statement, the director of Art Düsseldorf, Walter Gehlen, has said: ‘Due to pandemic developments, we found ourselves forced to postpone the date of the next Art Düsseldorf to 2022.’
‘We are optimistic that in spring 2022 we will be able to host both halls, the Alte Schmiedehalle as well as the Kaltstahlhalle, at Areal Böhler and look forward to offering exhibitors and visitors the successful fair experience they are used to’.
